KK-ABSORB is Moisture-Absorber based on a Polyethylene Resin.
Typical Applications:
KK-ABSORB is suitable for the absorption of moisture when used with recycling materials as well as for applications which are sensitive to moisture. It is also suitable for virgin materials or masterbatches contains inorganic substances based on EVA, PP, PE, PS, HDPE etc.
KK-ABSORB is specially developed for the use in thin films (<50μ).
Moisture problems occur mainly after the recycling of the following materials:
• DSD (Post consumer waste such as PE, PP and PS)
• Chalk or talc filled products
• LLDPE, HDPE, PP, (HI)PS, ABS, PA, PET, etc.
Recommendation of addition rate:
• HFFR Compounds 1-2%
• PVC Compounds 1-2%
• Drying of highly filled Compounds 1-3%
• Recycling 1-3%
• Extrusion of agglomerates 2-5%
• Moisture sensitive applications 1-3%
It is also used for virgin materails or masterbatches with inorganic materials
KK-AOX1024 is highly effective, non-discolouring phenolic antioxidant + metal deactivator masterbatch. It was especially developed for short and long term stabilization of low voltage power cable insulation (XLPE) using silane cross-linking technologies, such as the one-step technology.
The antioxidant protects the polymer against thermal degradation and the metal deactivator inhibits the catalytic degradation effect of transition metal ions. The recommended dosage depends on ageing test requirements, on the type of polyetylene and on the type of silane used. It enables the cable producer to meet the requirements of international standards.
Recommendation of addition rate: 0,5-2%
KK-AOX6810 is phenolic primary antioxidant and phosphite secondary antioxidant thermal stabilizer. KK-AOX6810 can be used for a processing and long-term thermal stabilizer system.
KK-AOX6810 is a Multifunctional Additive for HFFR cables compounds, cables production and other filled compounds.
Recommendation of addition rate: 3-5%
KK-CHAR is halogen free flame retardant char forming masterbatch which improves the flame retardant properties as well as the dropping behavior and crust-formation.
Composition:
%65 dimethyl dihydrogenated tallow ammonium resin of the active ingredient.
Advantages:
Oxygen, CO2 and water vapour barrier, thermal stability, stiffness, solvent/chemical resistance, weight reduction, fiberglas reduction, rheology control, UV transmission, flame retardant and drop resistance.

KK-FRH, based on a LLDPE resin, flame retardant compound. %80 imidacloprid of the active ingredient. These active substances the synergistic effect of various flame retardant mixture.
Typical Applications:
It is used flame reterdant applications.
KK-FRH1 is flame retardant synergist material for PVC applications. It is also used for forming char of the PVC compound. Because of nanosize active material. It also helps improve homogenist of inorganic materials.
Recommendation of addition rate: 5-8%
KK-FRHC is based on a synergist brominated flame retardant compound. It is used for forming char of the compound
and also it helps to improve flame retardancy properties. Because of the nano-size of the active material inside it also
used for improvement agent of mechanical properties.

Most plastics are combustible and many applications require fire-resistant properties.
KK-FRUK masterbatches inhibit or prevent the combustion process. Material is in pellet form. It is convenient for processing temperature higher than 260°C.

KK-IMP is a masterbatch of using as impact modifier.
Typical Applications:
HFFR Compound for EVA, PE and PP applications.

KK-STAB44 is a Multifunctional Additive for HFFR cables compounds, cables production and other filled compounds in pressence of Talc and various Silicates.
It helps to prevent discoloration of the cables due to the use of natural MDH/ATH in formulations, it eliminates problem of corugated surface, it reduces viscosity and torque during the extrusion process, it improves dispersion of the fillers and mechanical properties, it imparts great hydrophobicity and reduced water absorption, so it’s often used to pass Thermal Ageing tests under water conditions.
Product Applications:
KK-STAB44 can be used in Compound or Cables Extrusion directly to imparts great Hydrophobicity and reduced Water Absorption. It performs very well in Underwater Thermal Ageing Tests ensuring the overcoming of them.It is also a Curing Agent for the chemical bond between the MAH grafted olefins and the fillers. It can be used in WPC application to impart Water Resistance, Hydro-Repellency and Scratch Resistance.
Recommendation of addition rate: 0,5-5%
KK-SV8 is an additive masterbatch that increases the crack resistance of HFFR cables and compounds. It also
contains UV and heat stabilizers.
Typical Applications:
KK-SV8 can be used at a dosage of minimum 7% and maximum 15%.
KK-UV9462 contains 20% HALS UV stabilizer and antioxidant for use in HFFR cable compounds, cable manufacturing, other fillers, films, tapes, injection molding compounds, PP, HDPE, LLDPE, MDPE, PVC, XLPE compounds.
Recommendation of addition rate: The recommended addition level is 1-10%
SC-CLR40P is a low density polyethylene carrier masterbatch providing high opacity, great tinting strength and very good protection against UV light.
Typical Applications:
The use of SC-CLR40P is widely used in many industries, especially in automotive, electronics, packaging, construction, film, injection, sheet, cable and household appliances.
They are products with high carbon content, glossy effect, smooth surface, high covering and dispersion properties, compatible with EVA, PE, PP, HDPE polymers.
Usage recommendation: %1-7
SC-CLR0540 is suitable for technical applications, injected molding, casting extrusion and thermoforming, offering good hiding power and dispersion.

The use of SC-CLR0540 is widely used in many industries, especially in automotive, electronics, packaging, construction, film, injection, sheet, cable and household appliances.
They are products with high carbon content, glossy effect, smooth surface, high covering and dispersion properties, compatible with EVA, PE, PP, HDPE polymers.
