Her bir fonksiyonel grup k\u0131z\u0131l \u00f6tesi \u0131\u015f\u0131nlar kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda farkl\u0131 bir emilim ya da yans\u0131ma sergilemekte ve kendi benzersiz imzalar\u0131 % yans\u0131maya \/ % emilime kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k \u00e7izilen orta k\u0131z\u0131l \u00f6tesi (Middle infra red) dalga boyu spektrumunda pikler olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r.
