A.\u015e. ile i\u015f yapmak isteyen 3. taraflarla i\u015f ili\u015fkisinin devam ettirilmemesi gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.2 Hediye<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hediye, maddi bir \u00f6deme gerektirmeyen ve genelde i\u015f ili\u015fkisinde bulunan ki\u015filer taraf\u0131ndan te\u015fekk\u00fcr ya da ticari nezaket icab\u0131 verilen bir \u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">KABKOM KMYA SAN VE T\u0130C A.\u015e. taraf\u0131ndan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slara teklif edilen ya da verilen her t\u00fcrl\u00fc hediye alenen, iyi niyetle ve ko\u015fulsuz olarak teklif edilmelidir. Bu kapsamda verilebilecek hediyeler ve bunlar\u0131n kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 ile ilgili esaslar KABKOM K\u0130MYA \u0130\u015f Eti\u011fi Kurallar\u0131nda yaz\u0131l\u0131 hale getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Hediyenin kabul edilebilmesi i\u00e7in de ayn\u0131 prensipler ge\u00e7erlidir ve bu prensiplerde yer verilen maddi de\u011feri y\u00fcksek olmayan, sembolik hediyelerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kesinlikle hediye kabul edilmemelidir. Ayr\u0131ca, bu kapsamda olsa bile hediye kabul\u00fcn\u00fcn s\u0131kl\u0131k arz etmemesi, kabul edilen hediyelerle ilgili kabul eden taraf\u0131ndan ilk amiri kanal\u0131yla \u015firket \u0130K ve \u00fcst y\u00f6netimine bildirimde bulunulmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">6.3 Kolayla\u015ft\u0131rma \u00d6demeleri<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bu Politikan\u0131n kapsam\u0131nda yer alan ki\u015fi ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n, devlet kurumlar\u0131 ile rutin bir i\u015flemi ya da s\u00fcreci (izin ve ruhsat almak, belge temin etmek, vb.) g\u00fcvenceye almak ya da h\u0131zland\u0131rmak i\u00e7in kolayla\u015ft\u0131rma \u00f6demeleri teklif edilmez.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">7. Hatas\u0131z Kay\u0131t Tutma<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">KABKOM K\u0130MYA SAN VE T\u0130C. A.\u015e.\u2019nin muhasebe ve kay\u0131t sistemi ile ilgili uymak zorunda oldu\u011fu hususlar yasal d\u00fczenlemeler ile d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Buna g\u00f6re;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc \u015fah\u0131slarla (m\u00fc\u015fteriler, tedarik\u00e7iler, vb.) ili\u015fkilere ait her t\u00fcrl\u00fc hesap, fatura ve belgenin, eksiksiz, kesin ve do\u011frulu\u011funa g\u00fcvenilir \u015fekilde kayda ge\u00e7irilmesi ve muhafaza edilmesi,<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u2022 Herhangi bir i\u015fleme ili\u015fkin muhasebe ya da benzer ticari kay\u0131tlar \u00fczerinde tahrifat yap\u0131lmamas\u0131 ve ger\u00e7eklerin sapt\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">8. E\u011fitim ve \u0130leti\u015fim<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00fc\u015fvet ve Yolsuzlukla M\u00fccadele Politikas\u0131 konusunda KABKOM K\u0130MYA SAN VE T\u0130C A.\u015e., \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na duyurulmas\u0131 ve aktif olarak uygulanmas\u0131 konusunda e\u011fitimlerin d\u00fczenlenmesini sa\u011flar.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">9. Politika \u0130hlallerinin Bildirimi<\/span><\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ya da KABKOM K\u0130MYA SAN VE T\u0130C A.\u015e. ad\u0131na hareket eden bir ki\u015finin i\u015fbu politikaya ayk\u0131r\u0131 hareket etti\u011fi y\u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ya da \u015f\u00fcphe varsa, \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Departman\u0131na iletilmelidir. KABKOM K\u0130MYA SAN VE T\u0130C A.\u015e. \u0130\u015f Eti\u011fi Kurallar\u0131 ile ilgili hususlar belirli periyotlarla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na hat\u0131rlat\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">KABKOM K\u0130MYA SAN VE T\u0130C A.\u015e.,d\u00fcr\u00fcst ve \u015feffaf bir yakla\u015f\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik etmekte olup; iyi niyetle i\u00e7ten kayg\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 dile getiren herhangi bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n\u0131 ya da KABKOM K\u0130MYA SAN VE T\u0130C A.\u015e. ad\u0131na hareket eden bir ki\u015fiyi desteklemektedir ve bildirimleri gizli tutmaktad\u0131r. Hi\u00e7bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Departman\u0131\u2019na yapm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu Etik Kural ihlali oldu\u011funa inand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir bildirim nedeniyle bask\u0131 veya cezaland\u0131rmaya tabi tutulamaz, Etik Kurulun yaz\u0131l\u0131 oluru al\u0131nmadan g\u00f6rev kapsam\u0131 veya yerinde bu nedenle bir de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lamaz. Bildirim yapan ki\u015finin, bu t\u00fcr bir muameleye maruz kalmas\u0131 durumunda bunu \u0130nsan Kaynaklar\u0131 Departman\u0131\u2019na iletmesi gerekmektedir.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Mal ve hizmet al\u0131nan firma ya da i\u015f ortaklar\u0131n\u0131n da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na Etik Hat ile ilgili d\u00fczenli hat\u0131rlatma yapmas\u0131 ve b\u00f6yle durumlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fmalar\u0131 durumunda bildirim yapmalar\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fvik etmesi gerekmektedir. Bu husus yap\u0131lan s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerle de garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/span><\/p><p><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">10.
