At Kabkom Chemistry, the laboratory conducts routine monitoring and verification of moisture content in incoming materials and final products using the Brabender brand moisture determination device. Moisture analysis is performed for each lot during incoming inspection and for each 1250 kg batch of final products, ensuring continuous monitoring of production trends. This enables the immediate detection of potential high moisture content, allowing simultaneous corrective actions to be taken during production.
The device is capable of measuring moisture content with a sensitivity of up to 0.0001.
